I like her all blue colour scheme, every shade works well together. Good on ya for not shading with grey. And her design is quite simple, just the way I like it. c:

Though, if her power is cryokinesis, what do the clocks have to do with the design? Or vice versa, if her power is time manipulation, what do the name and design have to do with it? I'm just asking because although you imply it's obvious in the description, I don't think it is...''
